How can I as a Toyota shareholder sue the estate of the father who killed his wife and kids in a Toyota?

When Susan Smith killed her kids in a Mazda her relatives were not able to sue the Mazda Corp. Why is it that the relatives of the the father of the San Diego County man who killed his wife and kids in a Toyota allowed to sue the Toyota Corp.? Something is not right here! I thought a criminal or their relatives were not allowed to profit from the crime?

Keep safe do not drive a Ford.|||thats why we have open courts/been in two accidents in ford focus/same focus/twice hit from rear and two cars totaled/still driving the focus at 225k miles happened at 210 and 215/keep safe drive a ford/oh by the way the focus has only bumper scratches on it/touch up paint is 5 bucks|||I'm trying very hard to decipher your logic in this question - you site a Mazda and a Toyota in the question and then slam Fords???|||You can sue anyone for anything.

Whether you win is up to the courts.|||Because the Toyota's are going to go the way of the Corvair.

I'm glad BTW........
