How do you replace a right front blinker on a 1993 Toyota Camry?

My boyfriend has a mildly beaten up but still well running 1993 Toyota Camry. We recently got into a minor accident in which we exchanged car paint with the other car and knocked out our right front blinker light. We didn't break the anything on the front or dent it, it just stopped working. Please help?|||You can reach the signal light from under the bumper. You may have to remove the plastic splash guard. You can then give the bulb socket a 1/2 turn and it will come out. You probably have a bulb that is no good.

Good luck.
