Where can I find a list of commands for the Toyota Sienna Navigation System?

I have a 2006 Toyota Sienna Limited AWD with Navigation. I am trying to use the voice commands, but cannot find any documentation on what they are. Specificially I want to switch from navigation mode (map) to phone mode to make a call and then back again. Any help/direction/guidance is much appreciated!|||try saying the command "help" to the nav system.|||This may sound trite, but, have you tried a Toyota Dealer I am sure they can help you or order one for you.
