How many MPG do you get from your Toyota Echo?

I want to calculate (approx) the cost of a trip cross part of the country in my 2001 Toyota Echo Standard Shift car, which is in excellent shape with only 27,000 miles on it. We would probably use air conditioning part of the way? Any Toyota experts out there?|||it depends how heavy of a foot you got. i had a 2000 echo and the very best was 49 mpg. but with ac and normal weather with a little wind i would say about 42- 45 on average if you use good clean quality gas in your vehicle.
