What is the best quality sound system to get for my 09 toyota corolla?

I bought an 09 toyota corolla XRS a year old and one of the speakers is fuzzy, not to mention that the stock speakers aren't that great anyway...I am wondering if it is possible to get a decent system installed for around $300? I don't want to deal with the hasle of installing them myself...what is the best place to go to get them installed? Thanks!|||Your local car audio shop or if you can't find an independent shop, try Best Buy. Ask if the installer is MECP certified.

It's unlikely that you'll find many places that will install a "decent" system for $300. Perhaps some independent shops may install a "no-name" brand of cheap equipment, which may not even be as good as your stock system.

You can probably get just the aftermarket speakers installed for $300. A decent set of coaxial speakers will run about $100, components even more.

A decent entry-level head unit (Alpine, Pioneer, Kenwood, JVC) will run $150 or thereabouts. Add a wiring harness, dash kit, antenna adapter, tax and installation and you're up to over $500.|||best buy or your local sterio shop
