What is a switch condition signal trouble code for a 92 toyota ?

I finished a head job on a 92 toyota paseo and the check engine light came on, it reads trouble code 51 which is a switch condition signal. Need to know what this is.|||No voltage to terminal A/C at the ECU with the AC on. Exact diagnostics too complicated, check your grounds. Very easy to miss one on a 'yota
